ISO 22000:2005 is an international standard that specifies the requirements for a food safety management system where food businesses need to demonstrate control of food safety hazards. ISO 22000 is increasingly utilized by international food manufacturers as the standard of choice and for benchmarking the performance of different sites and locations. This course is designed for food safety professionals who are involved in implementing or auditing the ISO food standard. Prior knowledge of HACCP and quality management systems (eg ISO 9001) is recommended.
